Retail Customers

We accept returns on unused, unaltered products in original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions, and accessories within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid proof of purchase. Clothing, caps, & hats must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached to be eligible for return.

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Powder Valley prior to the return. Unauthorized returns and returns of non-defective products are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

To process a return to Powder Valley, please:

  • Contact Powder Valley Customer Service to obtain an RMA and provide a detailed explanation of the defect (subject to validation upon receipt).
  • Package the merchandise in the original manufacturer’s packaging, making sure all accessories, manuals, and accessories are included.
  • Write the RMA number clearly on the shipping box
  • Ship the package to:

In most cases, if the product is defective or was damaged or shipped incorrectly by Powder Valley, we will refund your return freight costs, subject to inspection upon receipt at our facility.

Due to safety considerations and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on Ammunition, Gun Powder, Black Powder, or Primers. If you have received ammunition or other hazardous materials that is damaged or defective or was shipped incorrectly by us please contact us for assistance.

If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, (in the case of a gift), we will either exchange the product for an identical product or issue a refund in the form of a credit towards a future purchase. Credit will be applied at the lowest price offered in the past 365 days plus applicable sales tax.

Powder Valley strives to act in an honest and forthright manner when processing returns and we ask our Customer to do the same. We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges based on inspection upon receipt at our facility. Other restrictions may apply.

No COD Returns will be accepted. Powder Valley is not responsible for any shipping charges not authorized by us via an RMA

Beyond 30 days from original purchase, we are happy to assist you in escalating your concerns to the original manufacturer.
