Dealer Program Policy
1. Program Eligibility and Acceptance
Acceptance into the Powder Valley dealer program is at the sole discretion of Powder Valley. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Powder Valley may approve, deny, or revoke dealer status for any reason, at any time, without obligation to provide a reason for its decision.
2. Dealer Pricing
Approved dealers receive access to dealer-level pricing. Dealer pricing is subject to change at any time, without notice, at Powder Valley's sole discretion. Dealer pricing, terms, and program details are confidential and are provided solely for the dealer's internal use; dealers may not disclose dealer pricing to third parties or use it for purposes other than their own purchasing decisions.
3. Payment Terms
The dealer program does not include special payment terms. Dealers may pay by check; orders paid by check will be released for shipment once the check has been received and processed. All other standard payment and order policies applicable to Powder Valley customers generally continue to apply to dealer accounts unless otherwise stated in the Dealer Agreement.
4. How to Apply
To be considered for the dealer program, applicants must submit the Dealer Request Form. Applications are reviewed by Powder Valley. If an application is approved, the applicant will be contacted for additional information and to set up their account. Powder Valley may request additional documentation (e.g., business licenses, resale certificates, or applicable federal/state licenses) as part of the review process.
5. Dealer Agreement
Participation in the dealer program requires the applicant to sign and return a Dealer Agreement, which will be provided by email as part of the onboarding process. The terms of the Dealer Agreement govern the dealer relationship; in the event of a conflict between this policy and the Dealer Agreement, the Dealer Agreement controls.
6. Compliance with Laws
Dealers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations relating to the purchase, resale, storage, transportation, and sale of products obtained through the dealer program, including any laws governing the sale of ammunition, reloading components, or hazardous materials.
7. No Guarantee of Supply or Continued Participation
Participation in the dealer program does not guarantee product availability, order fulfillment, or continued access to dealer pricing. Powder Valley reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify the dealer program (including these terms) at any time, at its sole discretion.
8. Termination
Powder Valley may suspend or terminate a dealer's participation in the program at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, the dealer's access to dealer pricing and any related program benefits ends immediately.
9. No Waiver
Powder Valley's failure to enforce any provision of this policy or the Dealer Agreement at any time does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
10. Changes to This Policy
Powder Valley may update this dealer program policy at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the dealer program constitutes acceptance of the policy as revised.
