Powder works well but doesn't meter well eniugh at low level pistol loads. When loadi, g at 3.0grains it could drop 2.7 - 3.2. That's too bad because it's excellent for that category but requires checking every powder drop. I don't think there's load data or recommendations for that use from Alliant though ple, ty of detail on brianenos.com
In light loads for Cowboy Action it is very good and the metering variance doesn't matter.
In a VR80 semi auto used in 3 Gun a 1⅛oz 1100+ fps is a consistent performer.

If you like red dot / clay dot, try this and you wont go back. This is my new favorite powder!

Clean burning for sure. Works great for 1.125 OZ. loads for trap. Meters ok. Just wish they could make more!

Recommended by a friend as the cleanest burning powder he has used. He was correct. I use it for 1oz loads. It cannot be used for heavier loads. It is very versatile as charges can be set for 1,150 to 1,300 fps. I have no reason to try another powder as E3 serves me well. I am sure you will like it too.
