These make a great deer hunting bullet for the 6.5 grendel.

No doubt the best bullet for hunting with the 6.5 Grendel. I'm running them in my Rainier Arms 18- inch Ultra Match barrel at 2,800 FPS. Accuracy is outstanding with 3 shot 100 yard groups averaging 0.3 inches. The performance on game has been amazing. I've killed several hogs with instant drops utilizing neck shots. I also took a 300 plus pound 31 inch Aoudad ram at 150 yards with a quartering away shoulder shot. He only went about 75 yards before going down in a heap. As long as you have the needed velocity Barnes bullets are unbeatable.
