Excellent bullet. Shot a bull moose at 321 yards last fall that ran about 50’ and crashed. Bullet nicked the heart and did its job.
Very accurate from my 7mm rem mag.
I’ll shoot nothing but!

Loaded in 7 PRC with H-4831sc these group really well. That’s the furthest I’ve shot so far. No speed demo at 2940 but I hit what I’m aiming at! I have not used them on game yet?

I have 3, 7mm Remington magnums. All three have a 1:9 twist rate. I use Peterson match brass. All three rifles shoot half moa. The gyroscopic stability factor ranges between the 3 rifles from 1.97 —2.12. The three barrels are Brux, Kreigar, and Christensen steel barrels. You don’t need 1:8.5 twist rate! Marketing lie. You don’t need a PRC RIFLE, another lie. 7mm Rem mag will do just fine. You will not be disappointed….

I've never had an ELD bullet not shoot well regardless of caliliber from .224 to .308. Everyone has shot 1/2" or better at 100 yards and carried the same equivalent out past 1000 yards. I do have one beef with the ELDX and it's been the same result every time. It hasn't mattered velocity of impact they completely come apart period on game. Even the Elk I shot at 700 yards with a Creedmoor, total cup and core separation. Granted I've never chased/tracked an animal because nothing has gone more than 50 yards so technically they are doing their job. But I would like to see some cup and core/weight retention.
