Up to 46 pounds of hazmat product may be added before accruing an additional hazmat fee. UPS and FedEx apply a surcharge of $22.99 per package on hazardous materials. Powder and primers are considered hazardous materials. Bullets, brass, and other non-incendiaries are not considered hazardous materials. FedEx requires a signature on all hazardous material packages. UPS may require a signature when delivering your package. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for your package when delivered.

I hereby understand that by purchasing the following 50 pounds or less of commercially manufactured black powder that I agree to use the powder as intended to be used solely for sporting, recreational, or cultural purposes in antique firearms as defined in 18 U.S.C. 921(a)(16) or in antique devices exempt from the term \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"destructive device\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" in 18 U.S.C. 921(a)(4), no form is required. If the black powder is being purchased for any other purpose (regardless of quantity), the purchaser or other transferee must possess a federal explosives license or permit.

Due to safety considerations and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on Ammunition, Gun Powder, Black Powder, or Primers. If you have received ammunition or other hazardous materials that is damaged or defective or was shipped incorrectly by us please contact us for assistance.
