Hodgdon Benchmark Smokeless Gun Powder

Good quality powder for varmint type calibers , always a good choice.

Have yet to load using this powder but everything I have read and heard from fellow reloaders this is the powder I need.

First time making subsonic 308 loads and Benchmark worked great.

Benchmark is one of my favorite powders for 223, along with Varget and W748. With a diet of 25gs Benchmark and a 55g VMax bullet my match AR keeps me smiling at the range with the small groups it makes. The same load produced excellent accuracy in my Mini-14, Browning A-Bolt and a Rem 700. I don't think I have a 223 rifle that doesn't work good with Benchmark. Powder Valley always seems to have at least one of my favorite powders in stock and at a good price. Great place to shop!

BEST THING BESIDES 8208 IN MY 223

I use it in my .308 Palma Rifle. It gives me 3100 FPS and excellent accuracy in my Proof Research 32 inch barrel.
