N140 had always been one of the most accurate powders in my reloading. Now today with other powders reaching astronomical prices it is great to find N140 at a reasonable price. Too much emphasis is placed on temperature sensitive powders which drives up the prices. The old reliable powders of VV, IMR, etc have stood the test of time. N140 meters well and provides the accuracy I need.

Experimented with this to compare with Hodgdon Varget Extreme in a .243 Winch. using Hornady's 75 grain V-Max. This did outperform the Varget Powder in accuracy and consistency in a wide temperature range ( 40 to 80 degrees).

Got some as a test powder for .308 Win loads. Haven't used yet.

Great powder at a price that is not over inflated.

Got this for my M1 Garand since the usual powders are either unavailable or outrageously priced. Performs as good as IMR 4064 in my rifle. Do your homework on Garand friendly loads, but don’t expect to achieve maximum velocities with this powder. All I care about is accuracy and N140 delivers.
