I actually did not receive this item but want to highlight Powder Valley’s outstanding customer service. I placed an internet order and apparently tried to buy the last box of these bullets just as someone else did. A young lady from Powder Valley telephoned me a few days later to explain what happened and offer what I could tell was a genuine apology. She gave me the option to cancel the entire order or go ahead and ship the in stock items. I chose to receive the other items which shipped the same day and arrived just a few days later.
