The Pro-Shot Premium 1-Piece Coated Micro-Polished Cleaning Rod is a revolutionary pro-tuff coated (ptc), American made rod. Pro-Shot’s exclusive & proprietary design two step coated cleaning rod provides a barrel maximum protection. This rod provides all of the benefits of the heat-treated- centerless ground- micro-polished- mirror polished, stainless rod with the addition of ptc heat and chemical resistant proprietary coating. Included with the rod is the #AD2 Brass adapter. The adapter, which is not a thread adapter, is meant to make a smooth transition for the .27/U diameter rods to accept smaller diameter accessories, such as a bore brush or patch holder.
