Retail Customers

Return Window 

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. 

  

Return Authorization (RMA) 

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). 
  • Please contact Customer Service to request an RMA before returning any item. 
  • Returns received without an RMA may be refused. 

  

Condition Requirements 

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in new, resalable condition. 
  • Return eligibility is based on the condition of the product as received by Powder Valley, not the condition at the time the customer ships the return. 
  • All returned items are inspected upon receipt. 
  • Items received damaged, used, opened, improperly packaged, or not in resalable condition may be denied or subject to additional fees. 

  

Non-Returnable Items 

For safety, regulatory, and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items: 

  • Hazardous materials (including powder and primers) 
  • Ammunition 

  

These items are final sale once shipped. 

  

Fees & Refunds 

  • Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, unless the return is due to a Powder Valley error. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 
  • Refunds are issued minus applicable fees, including shipping and restocking. 
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after inspection and approval. 

  

Additional Notes 

  • Powder Valley reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above. 
  • Processing time for approved returns may take several business days after receipt and inspection.
