I actually did not receive this item but want to highlight Powder Valley’s outstanding customer service. I placed an internet order and apparently tried to buy the last box of these bullets just as someone else did. A young lady from Powder Valley telephoned me a few days later to explain what happened and offer what I could tell was a genuine apology. She gave me the option to cancel the entire order or go ahead and ship the in stock items. I chose to receive the other items which shipped the same day and arrived just a few days later. Powder Valley provided great prices and fast shipping for each of the 3-4 orders I placed in the last year or so which has made me their loyal customer.
