    Easy ordering process. My only complaint is when Powder Valley sends the email saying your order is now complete. Complete means it has arrived at the destination. Which it has not. The email should read something like, “we have prepared your order for shipping and are now waiting for the carrier to pick up your order. Please check on your tracking number in a day or two for the status of when your order will arrive. “ It just a little thing but helps the customer feel like Powder Valley cares about the customer and their order.
